 The site overlooks the Salinas Valley as well as our entire facility with safe access for our animals to be able to attend events or guests to be able to tour our animal exhibits. It is also walking distance to our B&B Bungalows - PERFECT FOR WEDDINGS!!! Imagine arriving to the alter on the back of an elephant!

The site is available for all occasions. Company picnics or banquets, fundraising events, weddings, sporting events, festivals, corporate meetings, parties, or any other get together in need of a different twist. Get away from the typical banquet or meeting room. Try something different - something "wild".

For larger events, the lawn areas are ideal for additional tents and/or outdoor activities. The possibilities are endless.

Prices: ~ $70 per person ~  (100 person minimum) includes our special event site property and structure itself, interior package (lights with dimmers, carpet, fire and exit package), forced air heaters, electrical distribution, an additional 20x40 ft. catering tent, portable VIP restrooms / 1 ADA compliant portable restroom, and catering (meal, tables, chairs, linens.) Does not include special decor.

Additional fees: Upgraded catering menus and/or beverage service, executive restroom suites, decorating services, live animal presentations, audio/visual needs, staging, dance floors.

Animal packages: Our basic animal package includes several misc. small walk-around type animals to entertain guests (wallaby, python, baby alligator, cavy, monkey, ferret, parrots etc...) ~ $500

An African elephant appearance at and/or in the facility for up to 2 hours ~ $500

Combination basic animal/elephant package for up to 2 hours ~ $850

Additional animals and time can be added for an additional fee. The elephant can be substituted for other larger animals (camel, reindeer, zebu, zebra, donkey, "z-donk" etc...)

Transportation: transportation via bus or limo can be arranged from all local hotel venues or parking is available onsite.

Animal Facility Tour: Tours are available of the facility that houses our many exotic animals. Tours last approx. 1 hr. and include a brief video presentation and a walking guided tour. - $75.00 per guide ~ max. 40 people per guide. (These fees valid only for those renting event site tent/facility)

Pink Elephant Casino Package : $2500.00. Includes Pink Elephant decor (signs, fountain, stand-ups and more), animal casino equipment, two blackjack tables, all required animals and trainers for up to 3hrs. Additional equipment is available for additional rental fees.

Private Birthday Parties ( Kids parties/smaller groups up to 30 people ~ Lawn/picnic area only ~ not in main tent) $325. Includes an hour and a half animal tour/presentation and two hours rental of our picnic area. Call for quote for additional people in this package, it's no problem.

Jump-house rental: $500.00 for first 3 hrs - $75 hr. per additional hour + cleaning & security deposit

45 minute appearance by Earl the Elephant (human in costume) - $150.00

We've made friends with many catering and decorating partners that we will both recommend and partner with to make your event PERFECT!

2007 EARS & GEARS Annual Car Show/Family Day

For much smaller gatherings, we do offer a meeting facility for those who wish to treat their staff or clients to a private tour after their meeting... It gives doing business a "wild" twist... We can accommodate up to 30-50 people depending on set up. Prices: 15 or less people $300.00 - 15-30 people $400.00 - 30-50 people $550.00.

Other "Key" ingredients to the success of our Special Event Site are the special relationships we've formed with some very special people and companies who share our goals and our passions. We've sampled their products and found them to exceed our expectations, enhancing the experience we hope to pass on to you. We urge you to contact them directly when planning your event. Please know that regardless of their extremely competitive pricing, they still donate a portion of their proceeds to the animals.

It's probably one of the biggest decisions you'll make regarding your event, the food and the food service. Your concerns are ours also for we know your clients will walk away remembering the overall venue, not just certain components of the event... so careful consideration went into the decision to align ourselves with a food service organization.

Restrooms for our event site are provided by our special friends at STAR SANITATION. We've found their equipment, their class and their hospitality to be unmatched in their industry.

Presidential Suites

Their VIP accommodations are as clean and comfortable as any high end hotel banquette facility restroom.
